We live in troubled times. Our world is filled with fear and uncertainty. We see tragedy, sickness, wars, death, hate, and crime. People are lonely. People are homeless. Weakness among leaders and false teachers who offer us "self-help" and instant peace of mind leave us with little or no confidence. Often no hope. People are looking for something to believe in. Cross of Life has that something. We have the Bible - God's certain and saving Word for all people. People are also looking for someone to believe in. That someone is Jesus Christ. The central message of the Bible is that sinners (and that includes us all) have a Saviour. Jesus is God's own Son who lived a perfect life, died on the cross, and rose from the dead to bring us forgiveness, peace with God, and everlasting life. You see, that CROSS gave you and me LIFE! That is the message of joy that we want to share with you at Cross of Life. More joy than guilt!

That is the heart of faith and message that Cross of Life is built upon. In our world of uncertainty, only faith in Jesus offers true peace, confidence, and hope for our lives. Cross of Life Lutheran Church is a church striving to share this message with others in Mississauga and Milton, Ontario.

We are a new and growing Christian church in Mississauga and Milton. We look forward to serving these communities with God's Word. Cross of Life is part of WELS-Canada, a group of Canadian congregations associated with more than 1200 churches called the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod or WELS. The WELS is a world-wide church with congregations serving five Canadian provinces and all fifty states. The WELS also serves over 25 countries through world mission work.
